Atalanta Journey Products represents the embodiment of strength and capability in women through the journey of pregnancy and birth. The philosophy behind these products is to allow a time and space for emotional evolution and to encourage physical well-being during an intensive energy demanding time.
All the hand-made products are made on our farm from hand picked raw materials sourced in the Toledo District of Belize. Cacao butter is processed straight from the cacao pods laid down to dry in the sun; coconut oil is cold-pressed from the freshly grated coconut and the beeswax and honey is harvested directly from our beehives. Copal resin is an important ingredient in our products as it has a long traditional use in healing practices with the Ancient Maya. We source our copal exclusively from local Mayan women seeking a livelihood to support themselves and their children. Essential oils are
made in small batches from the plants grown on our farm. These products are developed and created by two medical doctors (a husband and wife team that manage their self sustainable farm in Toledo, Belize). Atalanta Journey Healing Products are made in collaboration with Kristin Fisher, an empathic woman who brings passion and strength into everything she does.

Atalanta Journey Healing Breast Salve
- Indications: To maintain suppleness and softness, in addition, preventing cracking of nipples and breasts during pregnancy in preparation for breast feeding. Heals nipples during breast feeding.
Directions: Apply to breasts and nipples with a gentle and gliding motion. Apply once daily during pregnancy. During breast feeding, can apply three times daily to aid healing and nourishment of skin. To ensure the baby suckles on unscented skin, clean the nipple area before breast feeding.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Copal Resin, Honey, Passionflower Essential Oil.
Properties of Ingredients: - Beeswax: Natural emollient and anti-bacterial.

Atalanta Journey Restorative Belly Butter
- Indications: Use during pregnancy to prevent stretch marks; hydrates and tones skin during pregnancy. After birth, aids healing of stretched skin, heals scar tissue and restores skin and muscle tone.
Directions: Apply to belly area with gentle circular motions to aid blood flow and natural healing to the area.
Apply once daily during pregnancy. After pregnancy, can apply three times daily to aid skin healing.

Atalanta Journey Memory Essential Oil Blend
This product is developed with the science of Olfactory Memory; studies have found that odour memory can be evoked through constant repetition of a scent. Using this reasoning, this essential oil blend can be vaporized in the room while meditating or performing an exercise that allows a calm and relaxed mood. With this regular repetition of “focusing on a calm space” the essential oil blend can be used at the time of delivery to aid the client into entering this space.
Atalanta Journey Memory Essential Oil Blend aids in “remembering the female strength” and can be used in a vaporizer; add 1 to 2 drops at a time and follow the directions for your vaporizer.
